  • Process payments securely.
  • Improve my services (using anonymous and scrubbed data).

  • No Server Storage of Audit Data: I analyze your website information to create your report. Crucially, once your audit report is finalized and delivered, I do not retain the detailed website data or working files generated during the audit process on my primary servers.
  • Secure Report Delivery: Your comprehensive audit findings are delivered to you securely, as a PDF document once we know your email is secure.
  • Confidentiality: Access to any of your information is strictly limited to personnel directly involved in providing your service.
  • Standard Security Practices: I implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your contact and payment information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Data Retention & Your Right to Be Forgotten

  • I retain basic contact and transaction information as required for business operations and legal/tax compliance.
  • Your Control: Following the completion of my service and consultation (if applicable), you have the option to request the deletion of your identifiable personal information (name, email, specific website audited) from my active systems.
  • Anonymized Record: To comply with financial regulations, I will retain only a minimal, anonymized record confirming a service transaction occurred on a specific date (e.g., “Website Audit Sale – YYYY-MM-DD”). No identifiable information linking the sale to you will be kept upon your deletion request.
